Microblading

Microblading is a form of tattooing that allows you to get the appearance of realistic brows, only better. We will begin by analysing your eyebrow and face shape, as well as discussing your preferred look and desired outcome of the treatment. A specialist hand tool is used to create tiny precision hair-like strokes into the skin, creating fullness and symmetry. During the process, the pigment is inserted into the upper layers of skin to create fullness and shape. Say goodbye to daily brow routines and hello to effortless, beautifully sculpted brows that frame your face with elegance. Click here for the healing journey.

Healing Journey

Day 1-7: Precious Healing Time

In the initial days, your brows may appear darker and bolder than expected. This is perfectly normal as the pigment settles. You might experience minor redness or tenderness around the treated area, but these symptoms usually fade quickly.

Week 3-4: Unveiling the True Beauty

By the end of the first month, your brows will have settled into their final colour and shape. The colour might appear slightly lighter than immediately after the procedure, which is expected and allows for a more natural outcome.

Day 8-14: Peeling and Settling In

Between the second and third week, your brows might begin to flake; however we provide you with a vitamin A&D cream to prevent this from happening. This is part of the natural healing process, as the top layer of skin sheds to reveal the true colour and strokes. Avoid picking or scratching, as this could affect the final results.

Long-Term Care: A Lifetime of Gorgeous Brows

To ensure your Microblading masterpiece lasts, it's essential to follow aftercare instructions provided by your technician. Avoid excessive sun exposure, swimming, and skincare products that can affect the pigmented area. Regular touch-ups are recommended to maintain the vibrancy and definition of your brows.

Top Ups

It’s normal for semi-permanent makeup to fade over time. Therefore, after your initial microblading session, you’ll need regular touch-ups. This will maintain the shape, colour, and definition of your brows.

Generally, it’s recommended to get a touch-up every 12 months. But the best frequency depends on your preferred look. It also depends on how your skin holds on to the pigment. For some people, the pigment may fade quickly, requiring more frequent touch-ups.

Compared to your first session, a touch-up is essentially the same procedure but on a smaller scale. It’s done on a few areas rather than the whole brow, focusing on going back over the same hair strokes previously made.

You can expect a similar healing process, though some people report shorter healing times after touch-ups. Everyone is different.
